The cousins all had a great time together in Florida and were all sad to say goodbye.

First Day at Faith Lutheran

Today was the boys first day at their new school and everyone was excited. It was really cool to see all the bigger kids in their uniforms. Mom was a little sentimental about it all, but we are grateful for this opportunity for Will and Jack.

Will's 4th Birthday

Will celebrated his 4th birthday with a Rocket themed party. There was a rocket, raptor shoes, buzz lightyear lunchbox and buzz lightyear sheets. It was a fun time will final celebrations including the launching of his new stomp rocket about 50 times!

Igloo Boys

What will two boys do when their mom has the kitchen full of coolers b/c the refrigerator died and a new one is on the way? They will build a freezer fort or as I explained to them about an igloo they thought that was an even cooler idea. Of course sometimes you have to take a rest in your fort and have your favorite blankie and just be cozy.

Close Encounters at the Beach

One night after dinner we went down to the local dock of Treasure Island and watch the boats go by and the birds mix it up. It was an action packed half hour.

All within about 30 seconds we almost got into a close encounter with several big birds. Lots of squawking and excitement and then it was over.

Surprisingly, Jack sat quietly as all this happened behind him. Who knows what he was thinking.

Memphis Kiddy Park in OHIO???

We celebrated Gordon and Mary's 40th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at Memphis Kiddy Park in Cleveland, Ohio. Even Aunt Michelle was able to make it and join in doing fun things with the guys. They all had a great time and Will reported later, "I went on Farris Wheel!" This was true though it didn't get much over 16 feet tall, still it did have the swinging buckets.
